  8.    2. Avoid playing and handling fish excessively.

  10.    3. Hold firmly, but don't squeeze the fish or put your
  11.       fingers in its gills.

  13.    4. Never pull a hook from the fish's throat or stomach;
  14.       cut the line and let the hook disintegrate with time.
  15.       
  16.    5. Use a hook disgorger or needlenose pliers to unhook
  17.       fish - back the hook out.  Gently release fish in
  18.       quiet water.
